(Schultz) Toomey , 80, of Mesa, Ariz., and formerly of Sleepy Eye, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2003, at her home.    Funeral service is 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 27, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye with burial in the New Ulm City Cemetery    Visitation is 4-8 p.m., Tuesday, at Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye and continues one hour before the service Wednesday at the church.    She is survived by her husband, John Toomey of Mesa, Ariz., children, Roger Toomey of Atlanta, Ga, John, Jr. Toomey of Inver Grove Heights, Jeffrey Toomey of Apple Valley, Jennifer Sellner of Farmington, foster daughters, Julie Chute and Brenda Schultz, both of New Ulm;11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; sisters, Lucille Wilhelmi of Sleepy Eye and Elsie Thiel of St. James and brothers, Ray Schultz of Belview, Leon "Blackie" Schultz of New Ulm and Alfred Schultz, Jr. of Elmwood, Tenn.    Angeline Virginia Schultz was born on July 23, 1923, in Sherman Township, Redwood County, to Alfred T. and Emma (Kropp) Schultz.
