Kielty Sr. , 78, of Comfrey, died Monday, Sept. 20, 2004, at the Mankato House Health Care Center.    Arrangements are pending with Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.    Howard Swanson , 59, of Hector, died Monday, Sept. 20, 2004, at his home.    Funeral service is 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 24, at the Swedlanda Lutheran Church in rural Hector. Burial will be in the Church cemetery.    Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Hughes Funeral Home in Hector, and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
