   Viola 'Vi' Lage, 91, of 715 S. German, Ridgeway on German, and formerly of Mankato and Worthington died Monday Sept. 20, 1999 at Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm.
   Services are 1 p.m. Thursday at Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm with burial in the City Cemetery in New Ulm.
   Visitation is 4-7 p.m. today and will continue 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m Thursday at the funeral home.
   She is survived by her husband, Harvey Lage of New Ulm; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Myrna Lage of New Ulm; grandchildren, Thomas Lage and his wife, Claire of Apple Valley, Roxanne Lilland and her husband, Tenner of Estherville, Iowa, Lisa Meyer and her husband, Richard of New Ulm, James Lage and his wife, Erika of Waconia, and Steven Lage of New Ulm and his fiancee, Kaylyn Shavlik of New Ulm; eight great grandchildren; and sisters, Arlene Meier, and Mervil Lage both of Detroit, Mich.
   She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and six sisters.
   She was born Oct. 11, 1907, in Park Rapids, Iowa, to Jacob and Ella (Boomgarden) Scherff. She married Harvey Lage on June 19, 1937, in Sibley, Iowa. They lived in Worthington, then moved to East Detroit, Mich., and back to Worthington. In the early 1950s they moved to North Mankato. In June 1999 they moved to New Ulm and lived at Ridgeway On German.

   Nancy Bruns, 59, of rural Gibbon, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 1999, at North Country Regional Hospital in Bemidji.
   Arrangements are pending with Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Gibbon.

   Cecilia B. Hacker, 83, of Minneapolis, and formerly of rural Fairfax, died Monday, Sept. 20, 1999 at Walker City View Nursing Home, Minneapolis.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Franklin, with burial in St. Andrew's Catholic Cemetery, Cairo Township, Renville County.
   Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Friday and 7:30-8 a.m. Saturday at Hauser-Hantge Funeral Chapel, Fairfax, and will continue one hour prior to services at the church Saturday. There will be a rosary at 6 p.m. and a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

   Arnold Radtke, 76, of Springfield, died Monday, Sept. 20, 1999, at Springfield Medical Center.
   Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield, with burial in the City Cemetery.
   Visitation is 4-7 p.m. today and 7:30-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
   He is survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, Elna and Carl Hauger of Minneapolis, Evelyn Schultz of Talmoon, Viola Mode of Brooklyn Park, and Lucille and Dick Bloemke of Belmond, Iowa; five nephews and six nieces.
   He was preceded in death by his parents.
   He was born Nov. 9, 1922, in North Star Township, Brown County, to Herman F. and Laura B. (Schwartz) Radtke. He attended country school and later Springfield High School, where he graduated in 1940. He lived on the family farm until entering St. John Lutheran Home in September of 1992. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and was active in 4-H.

   Audrey Stanton, 77, of Buffalo Lake, died Monday, Sept. 20, 1999 at Olivia Healthcare Center.
   Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church, Buffalo Lake, with burial in the city cemetery.
   Visitation is one hour prior to services Friday at the church.
   Hughes Funeral Home, Hector, is in charge of arrangements.

   Lawrence Schopper, 88, of Lamberton died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 1999, at Springfield Medical Center.
   Arrangements are pending with Sturm Funeral Home in Lamberton.

   Luella Scharbach, 93, of Madelia, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 1999, at Madelia Community Hospital.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Faith Lutheran Church, Madelia, with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Pilgrim Funeral Home, Madelia, and will continue one hour prior to services at the church.

   Ruth A. Hume, 85, of Sanborn, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 1999, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield.
