   Ernest Eyrich, 86, 1601 S. Payne St., died Tuesday, September 7, 1999, at Oak Hills Living Center, New Ulm.
   Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at United Church of Christ, New Ulm, with burial the City Cemetery.
   Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Firle Funeral Home, New Ulm, and one hour prior to services at the church.
   He is survived by six nephews; 14 nieces; sister-in-law, Florence Eyrich of Pompano Beach, Fla., Alice Eyrich of St. Paul and Lenore Eyrich of New Ulm; and several cousins.
   He was preceded in death by his wife; brothers, Earl, Ronald, Raymond, Lloyd and Loren; sisters, Lillian and Louise; and two nieces.
   He was born Nov. 5, 1912, in New Ulm, to Ernst F.W. and Louise Wilhemina (Hoffman) Eyrich. He grew up in the Friedens Evangelical and Reformed Church, where his grandfather was an early pastor, and was currently a member of its successor, the United Church of Christ, where he served on a number of committees. He played sports at New Ulm High School. He was a member of Riverside Ramblers baseball team in the 1930s. He married Laura Hauenstein on Sept. 9, 1939 in New Ulm. He worked with his father in the Eyrich Plumbing and Heating business, which he later owned and operated with his brothers Lloyd and Loren, until retiring in 1983. He was also involved in several other businesses, including HEW, Inc., Forest Hills Corp. and Hauenstein's Brewery, which was started by his wife's family. He was first vice president of New Ulm Savings and Loan and past member of New Ulm Public Utilities Commission. Memorials are suggested to the Brown County Humane Society.

   Lucy Prax, 91, of West St. Paul, formerly of Fairfax, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 1999 at United Hospital, St. Paul.
   Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Church of St. Joseph, Seminole and Butler, West St. Paul, with burial in Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights.
   Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at West Funeral Home, 1051 S. Robert at Arion, West St. Paul, with a rosary at 7 p.m.,; and continues 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
   She is survived by her children and in-laws, Lorraine and Louis Schade, Lawrence and Beverly Prax, Alice and Norman Paul, Arnold and Carol Prax, Arlene and James Pitzl, LuElla and Richard Eggenberger, Leora and Richard Becker, Lenora and Robert Tuerk, Lavonna and Edward McCumber, Alan and Kay Prax, Arylia and Randy Sailor, LaVerne and David Webber, Lynn and Don Schallenkamp and Alana and Arlyn Osberg; 33 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Helen.
   She was preceded in death by her husband Louis, in 1973; and sisters and brothers.

   Fallon Rae Hansen, 16, of Lucan, died Saturday, Sept., 25, 1999, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Lucan, with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Lucan, with a 7:30 p.m. prayer service, and will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday.
   Kulow Funeral Service, Echo, is in charge of arrangements.
