Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Christ the King Lutheran Church in New Ulm. Burial will follow in the babyland section of the New Ulm City Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at Firle Funeral Home in New Ulm and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church. She is survived by her parents, Cory Schnurrer and Melissa Deters of New Ulm; brother Dylan Deters of New Ulm; grandparents, John and Michelle Deters of Stillwater, Lynn Ridenour and Kate Deters of Davenport, Iowa, Roger Schnurrer of New Ulm, Darla and Allan Gebhard of New Ulm; great-grandparents, Irene Domeier of New Ulm, Dolores Heisler of Davenport, Iowa; great-great-grandmother, Doris Niebeling of Brownsville,; aunts; uncles; cousins; and family friends. She was born March 15, 1999 in New Ulm. Ralph G. Dummer, 70 of Fairfax died Monday, Sept. 27, 1999 at his home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Fairfax, with full military rites by the Fairfax Honor Guard. Burial will be Friday in St. Andrew's Catholic Church Cemetery in Cairo Township, Renville County. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and continues one hour prior to the Mass Thursday at the church. There will be a rosary service at 6 p.m. and a parish prayer service at 7p.m., Wednesday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Fairfax. Arrangements are being handled by the Hauser-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Fairfax. A complete obituary will appear in a later edition. Clara Lindeman, 86, of Stewart, died Friday, Sept. 24, 1999 at Glencoe Area Health Center. Services are 2 p.m Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Stewart with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at Hughes Funeral Home in Stewart and continues one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church. She is survived by daughter, Marianna Blum and her husband Don of Grove City; son, Thomas Lindeman and his wife Ruby of Waubun; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; five brothers and three sisters. She was born July 12, 1913 in Collins Township, McLeod County to Henry and Anna (Lindeman)Woller. She grew up in the Stewart area where she attended the round school. She married Clarence H. Lindeman on June 4, 1934 in Stewart. The couple lived on a farm north of Stewart until May 1957 when they moved to Hutchinson until September 1979. While in Hutchinson she worked at Fingerhut and Tonka Toys. She was a life-long member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Stewart. Virginia (Gin) Manthey, 76, of Milwaukee, Wis., and formerly of New Ulm, died Friday, Sept. 24, 1999 at her home. Services are pending at the Krause Funeral Home in Milwaukee. She is survived by daughter, Linda Herring; sons, Ronald and wife Kathy Manthey, Steven and wife Cheryl Manthey, all of Milwaukee; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; sister, Aurelia and husband Linus Plautz of Marysville, Calif.; brothers, Frank and his wife Helen Rieger, Quentin and his wife Audrey Rieger of New Ulm, Ralph and his wife Della Rieger of Mankato; brother-in-law, Robert Manthey of New Ulm; and sister-in-law Evelyn Manthey of Gibbon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Reynold on Nov. 6, 1971; son, Jon Richard on June 11, 1999; sister and brother-in-law, Florence and Lawrence Wurmstein of Springfield; and brother-in-law, Fred Manthey of Gibbon. She was born on May 11, 1923, in New Ulm to Frank and Aurelia (Simmet) Rieger. She attended St. Mary's grade school and New Ulm High School. She married Reynold Manthey in Nov. 1940 at St. Mary's Church in New Ulm. They moved to Milwaukee in 1950 where she worked various places until her retirement in the 1980s. Marian Anderson, 87, of Hector, died Monday, Sept. 27, 1999, at her home in Palmyra Township. Memorial service is 2 p.m. Saturday at Swedlanda Lutheran Church in Palmyra Township. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred in place of flowers to donor's choice. Arrangements are handled by Hughes Funeral Home, Hector. Esther Poehler, 88, of Courtland died Monday, Sept. 27, 1999, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield. Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Courtland Evangelical Lutheran Church in Courtland with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 - 11 a.m. Thursday at Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm and will continue one hour before the service Thursday at the church.
