Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls, with burial in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Redwood Falls.    Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Nelson-Martin Funeral Service of Redwood Falls.    He is survived by his sisters, Hilda Christensen of Redwood Falls, and Leona Lantto of Annandale; and a brother, Richard Raddatz of Redwood Falls.    Frederick Raddatz was born April 26, 1914, in New Avon Township, Redwood County, to Emil and Anna (Struckmann) Raddatz.    Barbara 'Barb' Valle, 75, of Redwood Falls, died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002, at her home in Redwood Falls.    Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls, with a private burial in the Redwood Falls Cemetery. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Monday at the church. Arrangements are with the Nelson-Martin Funeral Service in Redwood Falls.    She is survived by her husband Gordy Valle of Redwood Falls; daughters, Linda Caillier of Vadnais Heights, and Jane Valle of Bemidji; and brother Jon Charlsen of Aitkin.    Barba Valle was born June 18, 1927, in Stillwater, to Monty and Eva (Berglund) Charlsen.
