Hillger , 96, of Redwood Falls, died Friday, Oct. 15, 2004, at Wood Dale Nursing Home in Redwood Falls.    Services are 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 20, at First United Methodist Church in Redwood Falls with burial in the Redwood Falls Cemetery on Wednesday morning.    Visitation is 5-7:30 p.m., Tuesday and Nelson-Martin Funeral Service in Redwood Falls; and continues one hour before the service Wednesday at the church.    He is survived by wife Cornelia Hillger of Redwood Fall;s children, Jean Church of Littleton, Colo., Charles Hillger of Eden Prairie; four grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.    He was born Feb. 18, 1908, in Morgan, to William and Emma (Dittbenner) Hillger.    Rick Williams , 45, of rural New Ulm, died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, at the New Ulm Medical Center.    Funeral arrangements are pending with Minnesota Valley Funeral Home, New Ulm.
