Joseph Eckstein III, 52, of Des Moines, Iowa, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 1999 at his home. Services were held Oct. 23 at Hamilton's Funeral Home with burial in Resthaven Cemetery in Des Moines. He is survived by his wife, Debra; daughter, Misty Eckstein; son, Joseph IV; grandson, Auston, all of Des Moines, Iowa; brothers, Gerald of New Ulm and Jon of Sleepy Eye; sister, Jeanie Wilson of Braham. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph II; brother James. He was born in Aberdeen S.D., raised in Sleepy Eye, and lived in Des Moines, Iowa, most of his life. He was a heavy equipment operator with Hallett Material, Co. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a member of his local Operators of Engineers union. Terry Lee Milleson, 49, of Redwood Falls, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999, at his home. Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Church of Christ, Redwood Falls. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., and will continue 8:30 a.m. to noon Thursday at Nelson Funeral Home, Redwood Falls, and one hour prior to services at the church. He is survived by his wife, Brenda; 24 nieces and nephews; 17 great-nieces and nephews; and brother, Steven of Des Moines, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law. He was born Jan. 25, 1950, in Clarinda, Iowa, to Merrill and Helen (Bain) Milleson. He lived with his family in Clarinda, Iowa, and graduated from Clarinda High School. He married Brenda Barnes on March 30, 1974 in Redwood Falls. They lived in Clarinda until September 1975, when they moved to Redwood Falls. He was an assembler for Artesyn, previously Zytec, in Redwood Falls for 21 years. He served in the National Guard from 1969 until 1975. Evelyn Brekke, 82, of Springfield, 82, died Monday, Oct. 25, 1999, at New Ulm Medical Center. Arrangements are pending with Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield.
