Arrangements are pending with Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm.    Darwin 'Axel' Isaacson, 79 of Winthrop, formerly of rural Lafayette, passed away on Friday, Oct. 31, 2003, at the Winthrop Good Samaritan Center.    Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, at the First Lutheran Church in Lafayette. Interment will be in the church cemetery at a later date.    Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday and 7:30-8 a.m. Tuesday at the Dalin-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Winthrop. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the time of services at the church on Tuesday.
