Saturday, November 6, 1999      Raymond G. Brandt, 89 of Madelia, formerly of Hanska, died Friday morning at the Lutheran Memorial Home in Madelia.    Funeral services are tentatively scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Zion Lutheran Church in Hanska, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.    Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Firle Funeral Home in Hanska, and one hour prior to services at the church.    A complete obituary will appear in a later edition of The Journal.    Lois Suderman, 69 of Delft, died Friday at the Windom Area Hospital in Windom.    Arrangements are pending with Bjerum Funeral Home in Mountain Lake
