Bernice (Mrs. Morris) Hippert, 77, of 2526 South Bridge Street #32, died Wednesday, November 17, 1999 at the Winthrop Good Samaritan Center. Service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church in New Ulm with burial in the Sunset Park Cemetery in Isle, Minnesota. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Minnesota Valley Funeral Home of New Ulm is in charge of the arrangements. She is survived by her husband, Morris Hippert of New Ulm; sons and daughters in law, Dennis and Florence Mott of Portland, Ore, Dale and Susan Mott of Gilbert; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Gloria Habeck of Isle, and Ethel Brooks of Princeton; brother, Elmer Eklund of Isle. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Charles Mott in 1980; brothers, Howard and Leonard Eklund; sister, Marge Peterson. She was born Dec. 5, 1921 in Opstead to Carl and Tillie (Olson) Eklund. She graduated from Aitkin High School and Bemidji State University. She married Charles Mott on Aug. 5, 1939 in Isle. After their marriage they lived in Isle, Hibbing and Crosby until Charles' death. She married Morris Hippert in 1982 and they moved to New Ulm where they lived together the last 17 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in New Ulm and a past member of the Crosby Presbyterian Church. Jacob Michael Weicherding, Funeral services for Jacob Michael Weicherding, stillborn son of Terry J. and Deborah (Heiderscheidt) Weicherding of Sleepy Eye will be Friday, 3p.m. at the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye A private burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Sleepy Eye. Jacob is survived by his parents, Terry and Deborah Weicherding; sister, Nichole; brothers, Spencer and Tyler, all of Sleepy Eye; maternal grandparents, Jerome and Patsy Weicherding of Sleepy Eye, and paternal grandparents, Leonard and Marcia Heiderscheidt of Sleepy Eye.
