   Eleanor Furth, 102, of 420 S. Minnesota St., in New Ulm died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, at New Ulm Medical Center,
   Mass of Christian burial is 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm with burial in the Catholic Cemetery.
   Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm. There will be a parish prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

   Robert Eller, 59, of Lower Sioux Community near Morton, died Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, at Redwood Falls Hospital.
   Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Cornelia's Episcopal Church, Lower Sioux Community, with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation begins at 5 p.m. today at the Community Center next to the church.
   Sunset Funeral Home handled arrangements.
   He is survived by his children, Robert Douglas Eller of Minneapolis, Donald Robert Eller of St. Francis, Steven Eller of Minneapolis, Penny Hean Macziewski and husband Jason of Minneapolis and Tammy Joy Eller of Coon Rapids; four grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Juanita Horn and husband Richard of Redwood Falls, Leonard Eller and wife Catie of Flandreau, S.D., Mary Jean Prinzing and husband Rueben of Cannon Falls, Iola Johnson and husband Gerald of Redwood Falls and Bill Eller of Morton.
   He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Robert.
   He was born March 20, 1940, in Pipestone to Max W. and Cornelia E. (St. Clair) Eller. He then moved to Morton. He attended school at the Lower Sioux Community and Morton Public School. He moved to Minneapolis where he graduated from South High School in 1958. He married Jean Usherwood in Emily on June 10, 1972, and they lived in Coon Rapids. He worked as a machinist for 39 years at Kurt Manufacturing and at Chuck's Grinding. He retired to health problems in 1997. In 1998, he returned to Lower Sioux Community.

   Janie Johnson, age 73, of Franklin, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, at Fairfax Community Home.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Franklin with burial in Swedlanda Lutheran Cemetery.
   Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Franklin and continues one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
   Arrangements are handled by Hughes Funeral Home.
    She is survived by her husband John "Eddie Johnson, of Franklin; children, Corey Johnson and wife Marilyn, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Kristin Vick and husband Doug of Raymond, Kathy Steffen and husband Bob, of Willmar, Lisa Osthus and husband Todd, of Clara City; five grandchildren; one step-grandson; brother, Bob Peters and wife Barbara, of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and many nieces, nephews,.
   She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter Helen Marie.She was born March 22, 1926, at Detroit, Mich., to Percival and Helen (O'Hara) Peters. She attended Thircle Elementary and graduated from Grosse Pointe High School in Detroit. She also attended secretarial training classes. She served in the Civil Air Patrol during World War II and was a U.S.O. hostess. She married John "Eddie" Johnson on July 16, 1947, at Christ's Church in Detroit. She lived in Arizona and worked as a secretary for several companies. After returning to Minnesota, she and her husband farmed in Bandon Township and Birch Cooley Township. They also operated the dry cleaning service in Franklin. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Franklin, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. She was a member of VFW Auxiliary and was a former PTA president.
   

    Anna Belle Olson, 65, of Mountain Lake, died Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, in Windom.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at West Sveadahl Lutheran Church with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today and 7:30-8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sturm Funeral Home in St. James and one hour prior before services at the church.
   She is survived by daughters, Pam and husband Don Smith of Madelia, Julie and husband Dennis Rick of Worthington; son, Brad Olson and fiance Brenda Francis of Butterfield; grandchildren, Derek and Tyler Rick, and Anna Marie Smith; brothers, Dick and wife Norma Strenge of Cambria, Calvin Strenge of Windom, Lawrence and wife Grace Strenge of Odin, John and wife Loris of St. James; sisters, Josephine Penner of Windom, Evangeline Harper of Mountain Lake, and Florence and husband Donald Snook of Ironton; and many nieces and nephews,
   She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers, George and Eilert; sisters, Gretchen, Dena and Margareti; sister-in-law, Myrtle; and brothers-in-law, Gustav and Diedrich.
   She was born May 19, 1934, in Amboy Township, Cottonwood County, to Eilert and Gerdena (Seifkes) Strenge. She attended rural school. She worked at Butterfield Produce. She married T. Leland Olson on Nov. 9, 1957, at West Sveadahl Lutheran Church. They farmed near West Sveadahl. She was a homemaker and a daycare provider. She was a member of the West Sveadahl Lutheran Church and Ladies Aid.
